Kori Feldman M.D.
Dr. Feldman is a licensed, board-certified Family Medicine physician. She completed medical school at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in North Chicago, IL. Following medical school, she completed residency training at the oldest and most renowned family medicine program in Illinois, the MacNeal Hospital Family Medicine Residency in Berwyn, IL. During her three years of excellent training in family medicine, she was able to pursue her passion for integrative medicine. As a resident, Dr. Feldman spent time working with Dr. Andrew Weil's program in Integrative Medicine in Tucson, AZ, and with the Brannick Clinic of Natural Medicine in Riverside, IL. In her new clinic, she has created an ideal primary care experience and is pleased to offer a "one-stop-shop".

Candice Phillips, PhD, CNM, RN
Candice Phillips, PhD, CNM, RN, joins IFHA as an Integrative Health Consultant. She received her Ph.D. from Pacifica Graduate Institute, and holds advanced degrees in both nursing and midwifery. She also has completed training in mind/body therapies and stress physiology, taught by Dr. Alice Domar, Harvard faculty and renowned expert in mind/body medicine.
Dr. Phillips offers an integrative approach to wellness, complimenting traditional Western medicine with evidence-based mind/body therapies, stress management, education and other services to help you stay healthy and live well. Selected for their effectiveness, safety and value, her Healthy Living Consultations empower you to create a balanced, naturally healthy life. Christin Campos, L.M.P.
Christin Campos is licensed and certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB). Upon graduation from Everest University's Olympia College in Burr Ridge, IL in 2007, she has been practicing massage therapy at both chiropractic and allopathic medical practices.
Through deep palpation and manipulation of muscles and connective tissue, Christin Campos provides a non-invasive approach to improve the physiological functionality of the human body. Her gentle and calming therapeutic modalities promote relaxation and well-being as well as alleviating and managing acute and chronic pain. Her passion for complimentary and alternative medicine is evident in her quest to help patients with personal wellness through massage therapy.
Christin Campos offers many services to the pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric populations. She currently specializes in pre and postnatal patients and patients who suffer from migraine headaches. Her future work at IFHA will include infant massage therapy and massage educational classes.
